We have our 7 days return policy for our all products and we take Feedback and reviews of our customer seriously to make our product and services better
But carbon cleaning machines are commercial usage product and have b2b scope with Training involved.
This product Returns will be accepted too but with some terms
Here are some points to follow for return the decarbonising machine
- If you want to return the product then you need to specify the detail reason for return.
- If product is not working, Faulty, Damage in transit then it can replace but if you still had issue with Machine then return will accept with The details problem Sharing on product over email
- If product is working fine and you have your personal reason for Return then please make a note and send to us via email that you don’t have issue with product and service. But due to some personal reasons we are returning your product .
- Transport charges till our warehouse will be your scope of work
- Packing after open original will be your scope of work
- Return will proceed through Authorized Seller/Distributor/Dealer only to whom you purchase not directly via company
- Online Return policy is applicable on online purchase through website only.
- Company reserved rights to change any policies and rules, conditions without prior information to any one.
- Any damage/seal broken product will not returned.
- Any extra charges/taxes applicable will be deduct.
- After returning the product, company will check product and once found fine.
Distributor Company will issue a refund within 90 days on the same account from where the payments made
Accepting Return or not will be full Right of company and Distributor.
